When you sign up with us, we aim to have a splash page up for your website within five (5) business days of you signing up – provided that you complete our new customer details form and give us all the required details and assets for your brand. We then work to have your full website up in four (4) to eight (8) weeks of you signing up.

You could decide to hire an in-house web designer, which will come with its own set of recruitment fees, employee benefits, a regular salary and other tax and legal requirements. We remove all of that headache by giving you access to our team of expert designers on a contract basis so that you don’t have to worry about all that.

We aim to complete each website edit request within forty-eight (48) hours.
After you sign up with us, we’ll send you a new customer details form where we’ll ask you to provide us with more information about your brand – such as the brand name, logo, description, founders, products, services, and so on.
Once you submit that form, we’ll get started on building your website.
You can manage your billing details by heading to our customer portal. Once there, you’ll be prompted for the email address you used when you signed up, and then you’ll be sent a sign in link to access your current billing information and all your invoices to date.
